摘要: Examination of diarrhoeic faeces in the electron microscope often reveals viruses that are presumed to be enteropathogenic. Lesions caused by novel rotaviruses were similar those group A rotaviruses, but enterocyte syncytia seen which probably pathognomonic for rotaviruses. In adenovirus infection piglets, mature enterocytes infected and destroyed; intranuclear inclusion bodies enterocytes. Calici-like calves lesions described humans with calici-like viruses; both host species it was impossible demonstrate virus particles examined microscope. The Breda villi crypts lower small intestine surface large intestine; only enteropathogenic show this distribution lesions. Astrovirus lambs comparable a mild rotavirus infection, epithelium dome Peyer's patches infected. Parvovirus cats dogs destroyed intestinal crypt cells, causing dilated stunted villi; prominent.
