摘要: Cytogenetic and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analyses were performed on a mediastinal germ cell tumor comprising distinct teratoma embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma components in 31-year-old male hepatoblastoma 2 month-old child. Clonal relationship between the of was established by presence both i(12p), characteristic marker tumors. Both component exhibited rearrangements 2q. These data suggest that malignant differentiation is accompanied development chromosome abnormalities specific for transformed histology further 2q may be common genetic link two histologically unrelated types, hepatoblastoma.
