摘要: We tested a protocol for extracting DNA from fecal pellets Sitka black-tailed deer (Odocoileus hemionus sitkensis) and evaluated genotyping performance of previously developed microsatellite markers as well suite new designed specifically this study. screened 30 microsatellites, identified 7 (23%) loci including 4 markers, that fit into single multiplex consistently genotyped with low error rates. was extracted 2,408 fecal-pellet samples.
