摘要: Abstract The effect of electromagnetic forces on E -region ionization is discussed from a general standpoint. Amongst other things it found: 1. (a) Of strong large-scale concentrations 1.1. (i) they are strongly correlated with the horizontal component ( H ) geomagnetic field. 1.2. (ii) negative deviations . 2. (b) weak small-scale irregularities: They can be formed by perturbations in 2.1. neutral particle density 2.2. ionospheric current density. 3. (c) That may maintained at night compression downwards higher levels. 4. (d) strongest auroral electrojets manifest pinch effect.
