摘要: The article provides insights into the protein expression in Anopheles stephensi hemolymph. We carried out data acquisition using a high-resolution LTQ-Orbitrap Velos mass spectrometer to identify hemolymph proteins of An. stephensi. Experimentally derived spectrometry was analyzed Proteome Discoverer 2.1 software two different search algorithms SEQUEST and MASCOT. A total 1091 were identified from categorized for their role biological processes molecular functions. interactions between these predicted STRING online tool.
