摘要: This review studies interactions of tumor cells with a particular host system which is normally responsible for hemostasis and the physiological integrity blood vessel luminal surface. With malignancy components this are frequently activated, producing abnormalities coagulation, increased platelet responses, conditions favoring growth metastasis. Activation clotting cascade mediated by macrophage procoagulants, acting via Factor X or VII. Thrombin fibrin formed. also interacts platelets endothelium, potentiating decreasing coagulation. Generation thrombin other mechanisms activate platelets, leading to direct aggregation secretion ADP, serotonin, and/or intermediates arachidonate metabolism. Vascular lesions caused attack, secretion, exogenous agents promoting metastasis may hemostatic system. It not yet fully understood how activation system, including contributes Secretion products appears, however, be heavily involved. Based on putative action, anticoagulants, inhibitors, thrombocytopenic vascular repairing have been used control spread. Results depended agent experimental model used. Except coumarin, was beneficial even against spontaneous metastases, anticoagulants excluding perhaps Nafazatrom, gave equivocal results. Thrombocytopenic agents, However, were effective in every any metastasis, indicating that play role process. Also consistent inhibitory effects leech salivary gland extract (probably agent) lung colonization promoted ionizing radiation, cyclophosphamide, cortisone.
