摘要: Functional polyurethane (PU) surface was prepared by photo-grafting N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEM) onto the membrane surface. Grafting copolymerization conducted combined use of photo-oxidation and irradiation grafting. PU photo-oxidized to introduce hydroperoxide groups surface, then previously immersed in monomer solution irradiated UV light. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy water contact angle characterized grafted copolymers verified occurrence graft copolymerization. results showed that could realize effectively. minimal morphology. Human umbilical vein endothelium (HUVE) cells were seeded on surfaces. performance cell attachment correlated with content oxygen nitrogen.
