摘要: This paper explores the measurement of social factors in e-government adoption a developing country (Jordan). The Hashemite Kingdom Jordan is strong Information Communication Technology (ICT) with aim becoming knowledge based and regional (IT) centre. Although an important part this strategy, there appears to be lack understanding that may influence citizens' intention use e-government. makes contribution examining these through literature search questionnaire data collected from 400 Jordanian participants. research four different factors: trust terms security privacy government, attitudes beliefs, internet computer skill confidence, website design. measurements used were mostly adapted previous research. We developed new for related uses exploratory factor analysis identify main Jordan.
