摘要: 1 Nitric oxide (NO) concentrations were measured in dialysate from healthy human skin, vivo, both at rest and during the inflammatory response to intradermal histamine or bradykinin. Changes NO concentration, by electrochemical detection, related changes dermal vascular perfusion, using scanning laser Doppler imaging. 2 Basal concentration microdialysate was 0·60 ± 0·14 μM (mean s.e.m.). Following injection of histamine, a transient, time-dependent increase areas skin incorporating weal others flare. The associated with an cGMP flare areas. 3 Addition NG-nitro-l-arginine-methyl ester (L-NAME, 5 mM) probe perfusate resulted inhibition histamine-induced cGMP. Moreover, reduction flux, under basal conditions within response. 4 These results demonstrate, use microdialysis, that vasoactive mediators can be vivo. They provide direct evidence endogenous increases is thus confirming role for vasoregulation skin.
