摘要: A detailed study is reported of the synthesis and characterization a ZnO–TiO2 nanocomposite its application as humidity sensor. Variations resistance with relative have been observed. The sensitivity sensor at different temperatures has also calculated. Scanning electron micrographs X-ray diffraction patterns sensing material were obtained temperatures. minimum size nanoparticles found to be 50 nm room temperature (19°C). highest observed was 18 MΩ/%RH. Kelvin radii, which are radii pores, studied; their average value ambient (19°C) 8.35 A.
