摘要: Abstract ZnO–TiO 2 nanocomposites were synthesized using a wet chemical route with concentration of 1–10% (w/w) TiO in ZnO. Spin coating was used to deposit the thin films these on glass substrate. These nanocomposite tested for NO gas detection at an operating temperature 250 °C N atmosphere (0.4 ± 0.03 mbar). The film composition ZnO–2%TiO is observed enhance signal 20 ppm by 22 times comparison pure ZnO film. sensor response above (ZnO–2%TiO ) showed significant reduction 68% time and difference between recovery 97% sensing. results are analyzed discussed light data obtained from various characterization techniques e.g. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), current–voltage ( I – V characteristics sensing characteristics.
