摘要: Purpose: Many patients with head-and-neck (HN p = 0.003) and the brainstem D max increased in 85% of without replanning (range, 0.6–8.1 Gy; 0.007). Conclusions: Repeat CT imaging during course IMRT for selected H&N cancer is essential to identify dosimetric changes ensure adequate doses target volumes safe normal tissues. Future prospective studies larger sample sizes will help determine criteria repeat undergoing radiotherapy.
