摘要: Conflicting reports exist regarding the quality of prehospital treatment pediatric trauma patients. The purpose this investigation was to determine whether and emergency management in patients were similar that adult All who had been prospectively documented registry German Trauma Society (DGU) between 2002 2005 selected for study. A total 312 matched pairs suffering from identical injuries defined compared with respect cause trauma, diagnostic therapeutic interventions, outcome. Within study group, 63% male, average age 10.5+/-2.7 (SD) years group 33.9+/-9.3 group. There no significant difference intubation, reanimation, fluid management, chest drainage, ground air transport hospital, time arrival or interval room. In contrast, differences (p<0.05) observed terms pre-existing diseases. Pediatric not triaged treated differently key issues early clinical management.
