摘要: Nitric oxide (NO) produced by vascular endothelial cells is an important determinant of the basal tone small arteries and arterioles. Impaired NO production has been implicated in pathophysiology pulmonary hypertension humans. Available data suggest that reduction synthesis, with evidence reduced synthase expression arterioles, associated increased vasomotor remodelling hypertensive broilers. Supplemental l-arginine, a precursor NO, shown to induce flow-dependent vasodilation, prevent inhibit broilers hypertension. Nevertheless, its effect on syndrome incidence limited. It appears impaired secondary rather than causative factor pathogenesis
