摘要: Myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (mDC pDC) are naturally distinctive subsets. We exposed both subsets to dengue virus (DV) in vitro investigated their functional characteristics. High levels of DV replication mDC were found correlate with DC-SIGN expression. Production inflammatory cytokines by increased gradually after DV-infection, which was dependent on replication. Co-stimulatory markers upregulated upon DV-infection. On the contrary, lower DV-replication observed pDC, but cytokine production pDC quicker stronger. This response not viral replication, cell endosomal activity TLR7, could be also induced purified genome RNA. These results clearly suggested differences between infection. Additionally, TLR7-mediated recognition RNA may involved activation.
