摘要: An 82-year-old woman with severe depression, including psychotic symptoms, is referred for consideration of electroconvulsive therapy. She has had four episodes major depression consisting crying spells, loss interest in usual activities, insomnia, appetite and weight, difficulty concentration, feelings helplessness hopelessness, thoughts suicide.
