摘要: Aeromonas spp. are opportunistic, ubiquitous Gram negative bacteria, mostly isolated from water samples. Until the present time, 31 species have been recognized, and most medically important hydrophila, caviae veronii. Te pathogenicity of genus is considered to be multifactorial, it can produce several types toxins, with involvement other factors that facilitate penetration establishment agent in host, thus causing disease. objective this review elucidate role foods animal origin as sources contamination aeromonas humans. reported various products such meat, milk, dairy products, seafood, also processing environments slaughterhouses, meat plants. Tere has attempt determine food contamination, being defined main disseminator. defned cause many diseases, gastrointestinal afections cases meningitis even death. Considering an source for humans because recognition a dissemination, essential security provide proper treatment used establishments.
