摘要: A total of 35 samples (1000 ml each) pasteurized milk and 25 (100 g white cheese purchased at supermarkets in Rio de Janeiro were analyzed for the presence Aeromonas . It was possible identify caviae (58.9%), hydrophila (12.8%), schubertii (2.5%) among cultures Twenty-five percent strains could only be classified as spp. In samples, unclassified frequent isolates (61.5%) followed by A. (26.9%), (7.6%) sobria (3.8%). Only showed high rate positive results when tested production hemolysin, cytotoxin, staphylolytic activity. Heat-stable enterotoxin autoagglutination test did not correlate virulence factors. The species refrigerated food suggests that this microorganism a potential foodborne pathogen, dairy products may represent an important vehicle its transmission.
