摘要: Marginal zone cell lymphoma is a recently described entity among the non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It likely originates from marginal B cells in spleen and equivalent lymph node extranodal tissues. Recent evidence indicates that are functionally heterogeneous may differ with respect to pattern of somatic hypermutation their Ig variable genes. To test whether lymphomas originate different subsets cells, we performed sequence mutation analysis rearranged heavy chain (IgH) genes (Vh) series 14 cases lymphoma, occurring (4), stomach (2), orbit tongue (1), skin (1). Our data show preferentially rearrange Vh4, Vh3, Vh1 family genes, without preference for any particular Vh gene. Somatic mutations present 13 cases; one case showed germline configuration Mutation shows antigen selection three spleen, stomach, orbit, respectively. No was other cases. These indicate arise cells. In addition, lymphomagenesis not be triggered by all lymphoma.
