摘要: The present invention relates to a culture medium for culturing mesenchymal stem cell, and more specifically, composition comprising basic medium, L-ascorbic acid 2-phosphate, fetal bovine serum, fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF), non-essential amino acids (NEAA), insulin, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, calcium chloride hydrocortisone,and method cell by using the same. According invention, it is possible obtain number of cells necessary treatment within short time differentiation improved, useful cell.
