摘要: The present invention relates to a method for isolating and culturing adult stem cells derived from human amniotic membrane in high yield, more particularly obtaining large amount of cells, the comprising epithelial tissue yield by treatment with dithiothreitol (DTT) low concentration trypsin medium containing Rho-associated kinase inhibitor. cell-derived are easily extracted compared existing therapeutic such as umbilical cord blood bone marrow proliferation thereof significantly increased DTT treatment, addition ROCK inhibitor or replacement medium. Thus, can be used efficiently prepare cells.
