摘要: Screening methods were adapted to find out effective concentrations of the chelating agents, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 8-hydroxy quinoline which produced modifications in cross-over frequencies. Final crosses designed study close distantly placed regions on either side centromeres. Eleven studied using tetrads, eight randomly selected ascospores.
