摘要: The purpose of this research is to assess the effect pre-employment drug-testing policies on aspects employee work performance in full-service restaurant industry. Specifically, study attempts compare restaurants with against aforementioned without polices. For study, factors include absenteeism, turnover (voluntary and termination), documented work-related injury/accidents. Results indicated no difference between turnover, or accidents among establishments policies.
