Mild necrosis infrequent macrophages evident muscle specimen one cat. Signs polymyopathy resolved cats, activities returned to range after parenteral oral administration potassium. Polymyopathy hypokalemia recurred 3 which dietary supplementation was maintained initial recovery hypokalemic polymyopathy.
