摘要: Oregon’s Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) was created in 1978 for the purpose of providing postadjudication management to insanity acquittees, supplying both community protection and individual treatment (Bloom, Rogers, & Manson, 1986). Most these individuals (approximately 75%) are initially placed at Oregon State Hospital (OSH). This study compared effectiveness three different groups (i.e., milieu therapy, 41A Community Re-Entry Transitional Living Center) within OSH an effort determine individuals’ level success community, after hospital release.
