摘要: A magnetic sensor is disclosed that disposed between top and bottom shield layers, the comprising: a nonferromagnetic layer beneath layer; magnetically soft layer, having magnetization rotates in response to an applied field; ferromagnetic pinned antiferromagnetic aluminum-nitride seed layer. The decreases sense current shunting, increases pinning strength, magnetoresistance and/or yield.
