摘要: Abstract Kuth ( Saussurea lappa ) as a source of inulin for fermentative production inulinase has been tested the first time. Preliminary shake-flask experiments in using kuth carbon source, combination with different organic and inorganic nitrogen sources, gave highest yield activity (302 Uml −1 corn steep liquor source. The full factorial design 3 = 27 varying combinations CSL concentrations agitation rates was tried. results obtained were analysed SPSS/PC+ (Version 4·0). This is use method optimising inulinase.
