摘要: Damage to the genome is recognised as a fundamental cause of developmental and degenerative diseases. Several micronutrients play an important role in protecting against DNA damage events that are generated through endogenous exogenous factors by acting cofactors or substrates for enzymes detoxify genotoxins well involved repair, methylation synthesis. In addition it evident either micronutrient deficiency excess can modify stability these effects may also depend on nutrient-nutrient nutrient-gene interaction which affected genotype. These observations have led emerging science Genome Health Nutrigenomics based principle disease be diagnosed nutritionally prevented individual, genetic sub-group population basis. this review following topics discussed: (i) Biomarkers used study humans their validation; (ii) Current knowledge required maintenance humans; (iii) Strategies determine dietary reference values single combinations (nutriomes) prevention.
