摘要: In this paper, hybrid organic–inorganic membranes were prepared using three different solvents and characterized. The fabricated sol–gel technique, which had polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as materials, with 80/20 ratio. thin films then characterized FTIR, SEM, EDX, mapping techniques. From the preliminary characterization, found to have nano ultra scale tight-pores ranges, was influenced by solvent used. SEM images clearly show that homogenous smooth surface. FTIR spectroscopy uncovered all signature peaks characteristic of silicate structures in near-surface regions. Fingerprints SiOSi groups cyclic linear molecular substructures also present. DSC analysis, Tg value PMMA moieties hybrids order H-15-Toluene < Pure H-15-THF H-15-DMF. Furthermore, from TGA analysis it higher thermal stability compared pure PMMA.
