CCL20/CCR6 promotes cell proliferation and metastasis in laryngeal cancer by activating p38 pathway

摘要: Chemokine and its receptors play important roles in laryngeal cancer development progression. CCR6 is the receptor of CCL20 chemokine, but function not known. The aim this study to explore regulation mechanism cancer. We found expression was higher tissues compared with their normal controls, so did cells. Cellular indicated that down-regulation cells could suppress cell proliferation metastasis. Further research showed activate p38, which related changes microRNA (miRNA) profile also positively associated miR-20a-5p, miR-489 negatively miR-29-3p, miR-632 miR-1276 tissues.
