摘要: Itaconic acid is mainly produced with the filamentous fungi Aspergillus terreus. An increase in pH during production phase of cultivation resulted an itaconic concentration. The was raised by a single shift ranging from 4 to 6 or control 3. Different lyes can be used for shift, but ammonia solution has proven best, because here productivity does not drop after shift. highest concentration 146 g/L reached when 3 started 2.1 days cultivation. This 68 % without control. When this technique combined previously found optimizations, final 129 4.7 cultivation, resulting 1.15 g/L/h.
