摘要: We have investigated the resistance of current limiting elements in order to improve working voltage. The element consisted YBCO thin film on sapphire substrate and metal AlN substrate. voltage was improved by optimizing film, high value 83 V/cm obtained. Furthermore, a module composed 12-connected series assembled. properties this were measured using capacity discharge circuit. short circuit 1.74 kA reduced 460 A, drop 5.45 kV peak, dissipated energy 15 kJ.
