摘要: Abstract A new type of informosome-like virus-specific ribonucleoprotein (vRNP) differing from mature tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) particles in buoyant density and structure was found TMV-infected cells ( Yu. L. Dorokhov, N. M. Alexandrova, A. Miroshnichenko, J. G. Atabekov, 1983, Virology 127 , 237–252 ). Two groups TMV ts mutants were used to discover whether there is a correlation between the vRNP formation systemic spreading infection (transport) over infected plant. The first group (Ni118, flavum ) contains mutation coat protein gene but are capable at nonpermissive temperature tr transport); second (Ni2519, Ls1) cannot spread systemically restrictive transport). It shown that can be produced by -transport not mutants. latter produce only permissive temperature. role long-distance transport supported two other observations: (a) upper leaves maintained 5° accumulate potentially infective material with properties (b) plants simultaneously Lsl Ni118 non-permissive exhibited vRNP. These results also implicate transport. suggested vRNPs novel types involved both cell-to-cell infections.
