摘要: Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] copolymers are well known for their excellent ferroelectric and other related properties they being exploited as active components in many microdevices such memory cells infrared sensors. Compared with conventional photolithography, ink-jet printing provides a low-cost versatile method to fabricate polymer micro-devices. In this paper, the influences of driving waveform at jet head, ink concentration, substrate chemistry, solvent quality on printed P(VDF-TrFE) dots were investigated. It was found that well-defined micro-dots diameter less than 30 mm thickness ∼1 μm can be by using mixed system, consisting good relatively low boiling temperature poor high temperature, perfluorinated hydrophobic gold surface. The possess crystallinity comparable bulk sample, suggesting technology is promising micro-fabrication manufacturing P(VDF-TrFE)-based micro-sensors
