摘要: Abstract Crystalline Ca-doped SrIn2O4 structures were prepared by a rapid and efficient Ultrasonic Pyrolysis Spray (USP) method. The Sr1-xCaxIn2O4 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 1 mol %) samples obtained in single step at temperature of 1050 °C for 1 min the formation particles. powders characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission electron microscopy (SEM-FEG), optical diffuse reflectance photoluminescence (PL) measurements. All peaks present XRD patterns could be indexed to orthorhombic structure that with calcium percentage increments indicates substitution Ca2+ Sr2+ sites promotes decrease its lattice parameters structure. MEV-FEG images show particles have spherical predominance, porous surface form foam x = 0 low roughness porosity an increase ion, especially % Ca2+. gap energy varied between 4.56 eV 4.86 eV, being influenced structural modifications motivated ion contained matrix. PL spectrum presents broad band behavior intensity predominant blue-green region, having sample x = 0.1 highest intensity. chromaticity coordinates calculated based on x y blue emission. spray pyrolysis was effective technique SrInO4 powder production using short times hold great potential photoluminescent emitters.
