摘要: Abstract The effects of isothermal temperature and holding time on the semi-solid microstructures AZ91D alloys prepared by strain-induced melt activation (SIMA) process were investigated. extruded equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) with two passes at 280 °C. ECAE-formed isothermally held various temperatures for times in range 0–15 min. results indicated that recrystallization first occurred deformed areas increasing shortened complete recrystallization. Coalescence Ostwald ripening operative simultaneously as soon liquid was formed. During partial remelting, temperature, namely fraction accompanied grain coarsening. Increasing also led to A direct link existed between volume degree spheroidization. promoted
