摘要: We studied the effects of three growth factors, fibroblast factor (FGF4), transforming α (TGFα), and β1 (TGFβ1), on development diploid parthenogenetic embryos C57BL/6 mice, which are not capable developing to somatic stages. Parthenogenetic were treated with factors at optimal doses in vitro morula-blastocyst stages transplanted uterus pseudopregnant females. FGF4 TGFα improved preimplantation number blastocysts increased under influence TGFα. All implantation uterus. When or TGFβ1 2.4 added nutrient medium, 1.6%, respectively, reached utero. No somitic observed control. The treatment two , simultaneously amount 7.5%, while combination creased such 16.7%. In latter case, some stage 25–27 pairs somites 2.0–2.5 mm long. data we obtained suggest that, when combined, FGF4, TGFα, possessed a synergistic effect leading significant improvement embryos.
