摘要: We studied the effects of three growth factors, fibroblast factor (FGF4), transforming α (TGFα), and β1 (TGFβ1), on development diploid parthenogenetic embryos C57BL/6 mice, which are not capable developing to somatic stages. Parthenogenetic were treated with factors at optimal doses in vitro morula-blastocyst stages transplanted uterus pseudopregnant females. FGF4 TGFα improved preimplantation number blastocysts increased under influence TGFα. All implantation uterus. When or TGFβ1 2.4 added nutrient medium, 1.6%, respectively, reached utero.
