摘要: Foaming temperature and grade of dry natural rubber were varied to evaluate their effects on the morphology mechanical properties (NR) foams. Three different grades NR used; namely ENR-25, SMR-L, SMR-10. foams from these produced at three foaming temperatures, i.e. 140, 150, 160°C. The study was carried out using formulated compositions containing sodium bicarbonate as chemical blowing agent expanded conventional compression molding technique via a heat transfer process. characterized with respect relative foam density, density crosslinking, cell size, stress, set. Increase in resulted lower larger size. It also discovered that crosslink slightly decrease increasing temperature. For properties, highest stress. Compression stress 50% strain increased ENR-25 has among results showed morphology, physical, can be controlled closely by grades. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008
