摘要: Drug resistance is the main cause of failure chemotherapy malignant tumors, being either preexisting (intrinsic resistance) or induced by drugs (acquired resistance). At present, usually diagnosed during treatment after a long period drug administration. In present paper, methods for rapid assessment are described. Three classes test procedures can be found in literature, i.e. fresh tumor cell culture tests, cancer biomarker tests and positron emission tomography (PET) tests. The based on evaluation molecular processes, metabolic activities cells. before in-vitro with short time in-vivo PET Cancer which great potential has been predicted, largely still development stage. Individual surveillance delivering results signifies progress therapy management, providing possibility to avoid therapies that ineffective only harmful.
