摘要: Peripheral K-lymphocytes in head and neck cancer were measured by assay of plaque forming-cells. In the patients, percentage (4.37 +/- 0.87%, mean SD, N = 42, P less than 0.01) absolute counts (68 28/mm3, significantly lower those normal controls (8.04 1.41%; 175 53/mm3, 29). The untreated group showed decreased K-lymphocyte (63 22/mm3, 13) as compared with treated, disease-free (83 27/mm3, 13, 0.05). There significant correlations between T-cells or B-cells within (r 0.79 T-cells, 0.01; r 0.64 B cells, 0.01). Moreover, patients having regional lymph node metastasis (58 25/mm3; 4.14 0.77%, 22) negative (80 26/mm3, 4.63 0.91%, 0.05; 20). a total 25 squamous cell carcinoma who grouped into grade I, II, III according to classification histologic differentiation World Health Organization, I (93 33/mm3; 5.14 1.08%, 7) increases comparison II (62 19/mm3, 0.02; 4.06 0.62%, 0.02, 14). change population eight revealed gradual increase K-lymphocytes. These results led us suggest that measurement peripheral is useful method characterizing host defense cancer.
