摘要: The change in capacity of squid axon membrane during hyper- and depolarizations was investigated the absence ionic currents after treated with pronase. In presence inactivation process (h parameter), failure to observe gating current frequency domain attributed rapid attenuation possible depolarizations, which is likely be due sodium activation process. Elimination h would therefore enable us as capacitance component admittance. However, even abolished by pronase, remained constant when were blocked external tetrodotoxin internal Cs+ ion. Actually observed decrease slightly depolarization, contrary prediction based on magnitude currents.
