摘要: Angular light-scattering studies have been carried out on suspensions of isolated rat liver mitochondria. The angular scatter pattern has a large forward component, typical particles. Changes in dissymmetry and the intensity light scattered at 90° correlated with changes optical density during course mitochondrial swelling contraction. Such can be measured concentrations much below those required for measurements. geometry caused by factors "leaking" from mitochondria, not detectable measurements, demonstrated measuring dissymmetry. measurements therefore offer advantages increased sensitivity added indices conformation.
