摘要: Abstract The nauplii of Artemia salina are too conveniently stored and prepared to be replaced as a larval food for the culture many aquatic species. Mass propagation on daily basis will continue an important function in every fish prawn hatchery. A semi-automated apparatus is described, capable producing about 250 million at maximum loading 1.0 g/liter. system operates 48-h cycle using two incubators with common separator. time incubation 36 h leaving remaining 12 other functions fulfilled. Optimum production within 36-h period occurred operating density g/liter 35‰ salinity 24°C.
