摘要: Human dentin mineral has been investigated by using micro-Raman spectroscopy. Fluorescence and thermal problems were largely avoided preparing samples grinding ultrasonic agitation in acetone. The Raman spectral features consistent with those of impure hydroxyapatite containing CO3 HPO4. While differences between enamel clearly observable as changes the bandwidth PO4(3-)V1 band intensities OH-, CO3(2-) HPO4(2-) bands, technique could not detect coronal root dentin. NaOCl, NaF APF-gel treatments caused measurable bands due to HPO4(2-); results found be useful for assignments. After NaOCl treatment, presumably amide HPO4(2-), lost, but intensity CO3(2-)V1 increased 35-60%. This increase coincided appearance a new broad (250-300 cm-1). same treatment on no intensity. NaOCl-induced carbonate removed within 20 h 1000 ppm solution. These findings indicate that ions induced are or surface. 3 min NaOCl-pretreated dentin, phosphate dropped approximately 20%, newly formed CaF2 HPO4 became observable.
