摘要: Crystallinity refers to the degree of structural order in a solid and has big influence on hardness, density, transparency diffusion. Even within materials that are crystalline completely, de- gree perfection can vary, reflecting size elastic strain many independent crys- talline regions (grains or crystallites) which these composed. In this work it was attempted reduce crystallinity human enamel using technique mechanical grinding (MG) with an ultra-compact FRITSCH Mini-Mill PULVERISETTE 23 machine. Variation tallinity through MG monitored by X-ray diffraction (XRD) broadening peak examined Williamson-Hall plot method. Crystallites reg- ularly arranged oriented (in (001) direction) perpendicularly interface enamel- dentin junction. The results showed anisotropic feature crystallinity. Reduction along a-axis is due crystal rather than refinement crystal, vice versa c-axis. After 230 h MG, length crystallites decreased from 100 nm 30 width 40 37 approximately.
