In males, 49% all SCC 36% ADENO, 76% ADENO. incidence positive lymph node metastasis increased parallel with pT status both carcinomas. However, it noted that, carcinomas, no a diameter 15 mm or less had metastasis, whereas 18.9% ADENO this size for metastasis. These results indicate can occur even small-sized than mm. Thus, early detection surgery together mediastinal dissection are necessary to improve prognosis lung.
