摘要: SPECIFIC families of transcription factors mediate events in the sequential maturation distinct neuronal phenotypes. Members one such family, class IV POU domain factor Brn-3.0, and two highly related Brn-3.1 Brn-3.2, are differentially expressed developing mature mamma-lian nervous system1–11. The expression pattern Brn-3.0 sug-gested that it has an important role development sensory ganglia, as well red nucleus, inferior olive, nucleus ambiguus. Analysis mice null for locus shows is required survival subpopulations proprioceptive, mechanoreceptive nociceptive neu-rons, where deletion gene affects neurotrophin neuro-trophin-receptor expression. Deletion also alters either differentiation, migration or specific central populations.
