摘要: We describe two cases of duodenal leishmaniasis in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, diagnosed by light and electron microscopy. The presented nonspecific signs symptoms, blood cultures were sterile, serological tests for Leishmania spp. negative. Endoscopy showed normal-appearing mucosa one patient possible peptic duodenitis the other patient.
