摘要: Summary Precocious puberty with signs of masculinization and elevation choriogonadotrophic activity in a girl 7½ years old was found to be due hormonally active ovarian tumour. The tumour composed germ cells, Leydig Sertoli granulosa-like trophoblastic teratoid portions, therefore, termed terato-chorio-gonadoblastoma. Hormonal data were correlated the histological ultrastructural findings. This unusual caused precocious coupled virilization high old.
