摘要: Objective: Metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 (MACC1), a new gene associated with primary and metastatic cancer, promotes tumor cell growth as well the development of distant metastasis. The aim this study is to investigate expression MACC1 protein cancer its association clinicopathological parameters postoperative liver Materials Methods: Expression was detected immunohistochemically paraffin-embedded specimens 96 cases cancer. Relationship between parameters, metastasis were analyzed. Results: Immunohistochemistry examination showed that significantly more abundant tissues than normal (P = 0.038), Positive rate increased patients lymph node metastases 0.001) higher T stages 0.006). Postoperative live metastasis-free survival period longer negative group positive (36.4 ± 2.85 vs. 28.6 2.02 months, P 0.014). Multivariate analysis level an independent prognostic factor for (95% confidence interval [CI] =1.32-3.38, Conclusions: Our results suggest might play important role invasion biomarker
